Shipping policy

Everlo currently ships within the United States only. We are not able to accept or fulfil orders to addresses outside the US at this time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

 

Delivery Estimates

Most orders arrive within 7-12 days of the order being placed. Delivery times vary with destination and carrier volume, and a small number of orders take longer than this window. If your order has not arrived within 12 days, contact us at contact@everlo.us and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping Rates

Any applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, or if it has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at contact@everlo.us and we will work with you to make it right.
