Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Everlo ships from within the United States. Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days for standard domestic shipping, depending on your location. Any applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door.

 

International Orders

If you are ordering from outside the United States, please contact us at contact@everlo.us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and estimated delivery times to your country.

 

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, or if it has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at contact@everlo.us and we will work with you to make it right.
