Product Use and Safety
Our fountains are mains-powered appliances that hold water. Please use them as directed in the included instructions:
- Use only the power adapter supplied with the product
- Keep the water level above the minimum mark — running the pump dry can damage it
- Unplug the unit before cleaning, refilling, or disassembling
- Replace filters as directed and clean the pump regularly
- The product is intended for indoor use with domestic pets, and is not a toy
We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from use that departs from these instructions, from modification of the product, or from use with a power supply we did not provide.

Our website and marketing materials sometimes describe general, widely-accepted information about how cats drink and about feline hydration. This is background information only. It is not veterinary advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a treatment plan.
Our products are designed to encourage pets to drink by providing filtered, circulating water. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have any concern about your pet's health, drinking behaviour, or diet, please speak to a qualified veterinarian.
Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, ordering limits, or pricing errors). Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice, though changes won't affect orders already placed.
Accuracy of Information
We try to keep everything on the site accurate and current, but occasionally there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel or refuse an order placed on incorrect information, including after an order has been submitted. If we cancel an order for this reason, we will refund you in full.
